Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

If you item arrives damaged, please document it with photo's and contact us ASAP.

If the item you received is not what you ordered, please document it with photo's and contact us ASAP.

To be eligible, the item must be unused  and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Terms and Conditions apply.

We will replace the item or refund you.

Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
